El Otro Yois an alternative rock/ punk rockArgentinean band from Temperley, Buenos Aires, formed in the early 90s. They were influenced mainly by contemporary rockbands such as Nirvana, Pixiesand Sonic Youth. Led by Cristian Aldana, they have been on the scenes more than one decade and have managed to rise to fame as an indieband and release eleven studio albums in several parts of the world. They were named after an Arthur Rimbaud poem, "Yo Soy Otro". The band members are Cristian Aldana (guitar and vocals), MarÃa Fernanda Aldana (bass guitar and vocals), Raimundo RayFajardo (drums)and Gabriel Guerrisi (2nd guitar).
